Office Hours: The office hours are posted on the door. If you need assistance when the office is closed, please pick up the black phone located by the door of our old office building (brown building).
In Case of Emergency: Call 911 on the red phone in front of the brown building, then contact Park Personnel
Storm Siren: For your safety, when sirens sound, go immediately to the Recreation room
Check-Out/In Time: 12 Noon
Cancellations: 72 hours (3 days) are required for any cancellation of reservations, except holiday weekends.
Holiday Weekend Cancellations: 1 week (7 days) are required for cancellation of reservations for holiday weekends.
Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 9 AM - Please limit noise and outside lights during these hours
Speed Limits: 5 MPH around campsites, 10 MPH down the driveway
Campfires: Allowed only in enclosed fire rings
Children: Are most welcome, but parents are fully responsible for their safety and behavior. Curfew is at 9 PM, all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or be on their own campsite
Pets: Are Welcome, But must be kept on a leash and picked up after
Roller Blades or Roller Skates: Are not allowed in any building.
Beach Rules: Children must be accompanied by an adult while swimming. There is no lifeguard on duty. Please swim at your own risk. Remember to dispose of any garbage taken to the beach.
Paddle Boats and Canoes: All boats must be signed out in the office and boats returned to the dock. Please do not beach the paddle boats.
Garbage: Guests are responsible for taking their garbage to the dumpsters provided. Only normal household garbage is allowed in dumpsters. Please use the city dump for larger items.
Laundromat: Open 24 hours. Please remove clothing promptly. No clotheslines allowed.
Wireless Internet: Guests are allowed to use our wireless internet while staying at our campground. However, if we find anyone excessively using the bandwidth, or doing any illegal activities, we reserve the right to turn off your connection at any time. The wireless internet is an unsecured connection. We do not guarantee that the wireless signal can reach inside your camper, due to campers being constructed differently. In using this free Internet access, I agree and hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless, Lehman's RV Resort, its officers and employees, and any affiliate, from any damage that may result from use of this wireless access.
